Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

The food was amazing!! The variety was perfect cause we wanted to try new cuisines and the buffet had it all! Everything was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Food was refilled accordingly and regularly so it was so appealing to grab seconds! Also the drinks corner was rich with choices of different hot and cold drinks. Even the H2O pool bar had it all and was rich with refreshments. I have to mention everyone in Arabesque restaurant because they gave an exceptional and excellent service! From the very first day they were delightful, helpful and cheerful! I would like to thank Mohsen, Jehanzaib, Farhan, Khalid and his team and Of course Mr Soumajit Chaki for making our stay extra special. They helped my family to throw me a beautiful birthday surprise and even left us some wonderful delights in our room as a thank you for staying with them. Also I would like to thank the lovely people in the reception, especially Hajar, she greeted us with a smile and presented us with complimentary drinks and she also helped us with our check out and was absolutely pleasant. We also tried the spa service and the relaxation massage fits the criteria well and the girls did a wonderful job. I would also like to thank the beautiful people in room service as they have done a great job at keeping the room clean and tidy and help us whenever we needed them. Special thanks to Afan for helping us change rooms due to a minor problem with the door lock, they were all quick to fix the issue and he was very sweet and helpful throughout the moving. Everybody was amazing with no exceptions!The seating area in the beach was always neat and clean not a litter or chaos in site. Also the life guards were very attentive and polite and made sure of everybody’s safety. We booked our stay in a very windy season and I noticed the wonderful job of life guards and how they guided people to stay on the safe side. We had a pleasant time swimming there as well as the pool, it was warm and clean.

**Amazing Staycation Experience at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel!** We recently had a wonderful family staycation at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Firstly, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the reception manager Sam and agents for being incredibly accommodating and ensuring our check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism and warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and made our dining experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Tedy, Prashanna, Junaid, Hussain, Kimberly, and Roshni for their exceptional service and friendly demeanor. The food was delicious, and the service was always prompt and with a smile. Our room was always kept spotless, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. Their attention to detail truly made our stay more comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and I’d like to give a big shoutout to Michelle, one of the lifeguards, for being so kind and attentive. The hardworking staff at the pool bar were also amazing, making sure we were well taken care of. Our all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, and we will certainly be returning with the whole family. The coffee shop staff were also very friendly, making our overall experience even better. I loved every minute. Because it was my birthday they bumped me up to a suite and the view was SPECTACULAR!!!!! The staff were amazing from the amazing people at the front desk up to the room service guy who topped off my favorite tea. And they brought me cake too :) Honestly I spent most of my time in the room because it was just that good. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the view was so relaxing and the bathtub was massive. I had so much fun. I did go down to the pool and the jacuzzi in the evening and it was pretty good. In hindsight I should have swam more but no regrets, it was so worth it for the comfy bed alone...

we enjoyed staying at Bahi Ajman palace, it was with high quality services, comfy and location at the beach is so stunning. the staff at the reception were amazing, kind, professional and so cooperative, special thanks to Hema, Mohammed, Abdul, and the duty manager: Hussain for providing the wonderful service of offering my family to stay together in one apartment. And thanks for all for making our family wedding party amazing and unforgettable.

My room was upgraded into a sea view but I waited 40 minutes to make it ready. But that's totally fine. Thank you to the receptionist I forgot to get his name! The room view was nice, there's a balcony. The room was good and comfy and the necessities like coffee etc. The bathroom is big I love the shower is separated and you can enjoy the bathtub. You can enjoy sunbathing and swimming too on the beachfront. I had some small incidents regarding the concierge, but kudos to the team for handling it well. To Mr. Romeo, the concierge in charge thank you for your sincerity and hospitality! You and your team took care of the situation well. I truly appreciate it. I'll be back again, for sure.
